Here are some common questions about our company.

A: We ship to all cities across Egypt. Shipping fees vary by location.


A: Usually 2–5 business days depending on your location.


A: Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery.


A: Yes, all our products are high-quality and carefully selected.


A: Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days if it is unused / not broken


A: Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with shipping details, and as soon as it's shipped we're gonna text you.


A: By contacting us ASAP at Contact Us with the order Number (IE: S000001). We'll cancel it if it wasn't shipped yet.

A: As soon as we receive your refunded product, we'll check it's state (unused, not broken). If it's eligible, we'll contact you on how you want your money to be refunded. (Instapay, VF Cash...etc.)


A: Yes, you'll need to cover a shipment refunding cost. The courier who's going to collect your refunded product will charge you a shipping fee.
